Returns Policy

Because of what our products are designed to store, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This applies to all sizes and colors, including unopened items. All sales are final.

Most orders are made to order. You can cancel or change your order for any reason within 12 hours of placing it — contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. After that window, we can still cancel or adjust an order if it hasn't started printing yet, but we can't guarantee it. Once production has started, we can no longer cancel the order.

A manufacturing defect includes things like: cracked material, a broken hinge or clasp, a case that doesn't close or latch properly, missing pieces, or visible print failures (holes or gaps in the material).

A few things are normal characteristics of 3D-printed items, not defects: visible layer lines, slight color variation between prints, minor surface texture, and — rarely — a small fleck of a different color from a prior print. None of these affect fit or function.

If your order arrives with a defect like the above, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If your package arrives visibly damaged — for example, crushed or torn in transit — contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of both the damaged packaging and the item inside. Photos of the packaging help us file a claim with the carrier. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If your vials or syringes didn't fit as expected, let us know through our Contact page — we'd like to understand what happened so we can improve, and we'll do what we can to help.

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days depending on color and current production load; a few core colors typically ship faster. Shipping timelines are separate from this policy and don't affect your ability to cancel before an order enters production.
